Can you tell me what bird this is that comes and sits for hours in a tree in my back yard? Actually, one day there were 2 of them. I love having them!

Thanks Bruce, for the information. I could not see any real detail, but the tail looked "light" and "square".

One of an adult pair. There will be a nest very close by, where you can observe them raising a brood of young this spring. Very entertaining, especially in late June when they "fledge".
