The Boise Greenbelt Thrives!

The Lemonade Stand

A good day to bike along the Boise Greenbelt. Not too hot and a gentle breeze blowing. And then there was this Lemonade Stand. Good and refreshing lemonade and good homemade Chocolate Chip cookies. Well done! Lots of people walking, biking, jogging and fishing. There were many at Quinn’s Pond boating and swimming. Here are some photos of my 11 mile sojourn.

Great Blue Heron
I saw this heron lurking in the shadows of the forest growth and the shallows of Sand Creek. Tricky to photograph without a tripod.

Ma and Pa Cormorant
They must have a nest close by. I will keep my eyes open for the little ones.
