OK. If I can not see a Peregrine Falcon along the Greenbelt, or maybe a Bald Eagle along the Boise River this time of year – they are probably in Alaska eating fresh salmon – then maybe Wood Ducks will suffice. And again, maybe not. Look at the following Coopers Hawk that landed on a wire in front of me while headed home on Pleasanton. I stopped in the middle of the street and took these photos.
