Greenbelt Sojourn

Actually, a nice ride today. The skies, however, were heavy overcast and the air was cool. I did not like the filtered natural light. Hard for me to get good photos with the sky as a background. But this is Sand Creek and now that the water level is low, has some nice rapids. This is but one of them. Enjoy the photos I took of the Great Blue Heron (GBHE) and a Cooper’s Hawk (COHA). I did not see any Bald Eagles (BAEA).

Great Blue Heron perched.

It must be “wake up time”, so he stretches!
